The most amazing customer service from Katie in the photo area, not only did she help me with technical difficulties, but she even designed the card I kept messing up and kept in touch with me all week! 10/10 While the staples custom card website was terrible to use and kept crashing, I would buy these cards again just because Katie made the experience easy and designed them so beautifully, exactly how I imagined! Here’s my mess up next to the beautiful cards she made me:

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE Rude people at the print station They clearly don't get paid enough to not be lazy and rude to customers. The Indian guy behind the counter last night threw a print sheet at me and basically told me to leave if I didn't like his service Clueless manager No customer service skills whatsoever . They leave you to do your own thing and spend a fortune on their scammy self serve computers

I bought some pens and printer ink from Staples and they were delivered quickly and in good condition. However, I was disappointed with the cable management options they had in store. They only had some basic cable ties and clips, which were not enough to organize the mess of wires on my desk.

This day I needed a label for Amazon to return an item, my printer at home was not working. This day I had a nice, receptive and informative staff member in the printing department. It was a young lady, she made me a copy off of my iPhone (the label for Amazon). Pleasantly surprised, it was for free. Kudos to Staples, she also helped with another issue unrelated to Staples, just some information regarding my iCloud on my iPhone X. Received all my answers and was in my way in about 10-14 minutes. Don’t live in this area, but was impressed with competent service I received at this Staples. Thank-You Happy Customer

Had to send something back to Amazon. Young guy helped me in the printing dept. extremely friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. Easy peasy process. Employees like this are few and far between. He was soo nice. Great. Employee
